STRONGER SELF TRAINING
My workouts are hard, intense, and focus on training full body with emphasis’ on different muscle groups each day. This program is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength by training different muscles around the clock. It integrates heavy core and bodyweight training. These workouts can be done outside or inside and can be adjusted to your desired intensity and fitness ability. These workouts are difficult and rewarding and will test your mental strength. Fitness Saved My Life
When I was bullied and depressed, fitness saved my life because it gave me the confidence that I could do hard things. However, my mental and physical health journey has never been linear, and realistically there have and will be many hard days. I have learned that there is power in choosing to move forward no matter what. As a personal trainer, brain researcher, and future psychologist, I am dedicated to helping others find resilience within themselves as I continue to find my own every single day.
