Kettlebell Tone Up
Learn how to use kettlebells to tone up, gain strength, and loose fat. This program consists of 4 workouts per week that are about 15 minutes each. They are full body workout circuits designed to be efficient in keeping your heart rate up for optimal fat burning. Each day progresses basic kettlebell movements a little bit further each day. By the end of week 4, you'll have reached a high intensity level. The nice thing about this program is that you can either choose to move on to the more intense version of each exercise or stay at original intensity level. Also, the kettlebells will allow your body to move differently then with dumbbells and will make certain exercises feel more fluid. This is an intermediate kettlebell workout that will work best for someone with basic knowledge of kettlebells.
